Role Introduction

This role is a key part of our dynamic Marketing team, dedicated to building and growing our iconic brands. You will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned products. Your work will cover the full marketing mix, from advertising and promotions to new product development, ensuring our brands connect with consumers and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing plans including advertising, sales promotions, PR, and events for assigned products.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies through all stages of product design, promotion, and launch.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, potential markets, and competitor strategies.
  • Prepare insightful promotional reports, proposals, and product presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in other marketing activities, such as sourcing promotional items and managing samples.
  • Participate in activities related to the Integrated Management System (ISO), including audits and documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
